Privacy Policy.
We believe in complete transparency. Kloq does not sell personal data, profile visitors, or run invasive third-party tracking scripts.
1. Overview & Our Commitment
Kloq AI (“Kloq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a specialized technology agency based in Mumbai, India, designing and engineering customer-facing web platforms, enterprise workflow software, ERP bridges, and automated intelligence systems.
We treat privacy with the same architectural precision we apply to engineering software. We do not sell user data, we do not partner with data brokers, and we do not run intrusive behavioral advertising networks. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, handle, store, and protect your information when you visit kloqai.com or engage us for technology consulting and software development services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only where necessary to deliver our services, reply to prospective client inquiries, and maintain high platform performance:
- Direct Inquiries & Communications: When you submit our project enquiry form, email us at work@kloqai.com, or schedule an exploratory call via our scheduling portal, you provide your name, business email address, company name, phone number, and a technical description of your operational requirements.
- Technical Platform Telemetry: When you navigate our website, we may collect non-identifiable technical data including browser user-agent strings, screen viewports, requested URL paths, referring pages, and runtime Web Vitals (such as Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift) to ensure fast rendering across devices.
- System Health & Crash Diagnostics: To detect and resolve uncaught JavaScript runtime exceptions or network connectivity failures, our platform captures anonymized stack traces and error messages.
- Client Project Materials: In the course of active engineering engagements, enterprise clients may provide sample data schemas, quotation templates, ERP exports, or operational specifications. These materials are governed by strict confidentiality terms (see Section 6).
3. Cookie Governance & Local Storage
We do not use tracking pixels, cross-site identity graphs, or marketing cookies. Our platform uses only two categories of browser storage:
| Storage Key / Cookie | Category | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
kloq_cookie_consent | Essential | Persistent (Local Storage) | Records whether you have accepted or declined non-essential telemetry. |
kloq_consent | Essential | 1 Year (HTTP Cookie) | Transmits your privacy choice to our edge server to avoid re-prompting. |
/api/telemetry (in-memory) | Analytics / Performance | Session | Aggregated page view counts and Core Web Vital measurements. Only active when consent is granted. |
Enforcement:If you select “Decline” on our cookie bar, all non-essential page-view analytics and performance reporting are completely blocked in real time.
4. Your Active Cookie Preferences
You maintain full control over your telemetry preferences. Use the interactive panel below to check your current setting, toggle analytics consent, or reset the banner:
5. How We Use Your Information
All information collected by Kloq is strictly utilized for legitimate business operations:
- Reviewing your business requirements and preparing tailored engineering proposals.
- Communicating with your designated stakeholders regarding project sprints, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitoring system reliability, verifying cross-browser responsiveness, and debugging software errors.
- Complying with applicable legal, accounting, and statutory requirements in India.
We never sell, lease, monetize, or disclose your information to third-party advertising brokers or commercial data aggregators.
6. Enterprise Confidentiality & IP Protection
Kloq routinely builds proprietary software for industrial manufacturers, metal trading houses, distributors, and high-growth businesses. We understand that your quotation margins, bill of materials (BOM), supplier lists, and ERP database structures constitute sensitive commercial trade secrets.
Any proprietary client data shared with us during scoping or implementation is protected under mutual non-disclosure obligations. We never use proprietary client data or proprietary source code to train publicly accessible machine learning models or share with external entities.
7. Data Security & Storage Architecture
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards:
- All web traffic is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption with strict HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers.
- Contact submissions and inquiry logs are stored in secure, access-controlled repositories restricted to authorized engineering leads.
- Third-party scheduling integrations (such as Cal.com) operate under their own enterprise privacy frameworks and do not share calendar metadata outside of your scheduled slot.
8. Your Rights & Data Subject Requests
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, EU GDPR principles, and California Consumer Privacy Act standards), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal contact information we hold about you.
- Request correction or updating of outdated or inaccurate personal details.
- Request complete deletion of your contact records and communication history from our active systems.
- Withdraw cookie or analytics consent at any time using the preferences manager in Section 4.
